Our goal? To prove that coffee does not always have to pair with dark beer. Grinder, a tool used to make this very beer, ensures that the right amount of flavor is extracted from each bean. Here, we brewed a French Saison and added Counter Culture Coffee’s Nueva Llusta (Yungas, Bolivia) post fermentation. You will be pleasantly surprised by the subtle notes of vanilla, black cherry and nuts that the coffee brings to the beer.
