The Triumph of Death Sumac Saison named after Yet another Northern Renaissance painter, Pieter Breugel’s work with the same title. A saison brewed with malted 6-row, rye and oats along with NC wheat, lemon peel and a splash of Motueka hops. These ingredients provided the canvas for roughly 85lbs of the fall berry, sumac which was soaked in the beer post fermentation then added back into the brew. Enjoy Woody and citrus aromas with sharp tart and tannic flavors.
