This series breaks down each pairing discussing ingredient interactions, pairing concepts and what differentiates each pairing. Due to the series popularity at White Labs San Diego and Boulder we are excited to launch it in Asheville. Join us as we discuss all things fermentation through the medium of beer and food.
White Labs Education and Engagement Curator Erik Fowler and White Labs Kitchen & Tap Executive Chef Evan Timmons will deliver unique and educational beer and food pairings ranging from house-made brewers yeast risen bread to cheese, fermented fruit and charcuterie. Spend an hour and a half in a classroom setting discussing the production of these delicious foods, while pairing four house ferments with five White Labs beers.
